Mockups are a guide. The shirt in your hands is the real thing.

Every not2popular tee is printed when you order it. There is no warehouse of finished shirts and no fitting session before it ships. A print partner makes the garment after checkout and sends it in the United States.

Print size

The graphic on a product photo is styled for the picture. On the real tee it may print smaller or larger than it looks on screen. A design that fills a mockup will not always fill a 2XL the same way it fills an S. Oversized blanks hang differently. That is normal.

Placement

Front prints sit near the chest. Back prints sit on the upper back. Exact placement varies by blank, size, and the printer. We do not stand over the press.

Color

Screens lie a little. Washed black, cream, and charcoal shift in daylight versus indoor light. You receive the blank that was in the catalog that day.

Models

Photos on this site — including the homepage — show the idea of the drop. They are not a size chart and they are not a promise that the print will cover the same area of fabric you see on a model.

Made to order

Once production starts we usually cannot change size, color, or cancel. Use the size guide on the product page before you pay.

If something is actually wrong

Misprint, damage in transit, or a shirt that is not what you ordered — write us. We will make it right when the fault is ours. Wanting a bigger print than the photo suggested is not a defect. It is the gap between a picture and a press.
