Shipping Policy

At NOT2POPULAR, every tee is made to order. We print after you order — no warehouse stock — so shipping timelines reflect production + transit.

1. Processing Time

Orders are fulfilled by our print partners

Typical production: 2–5 business days after payment clears.

You will receive a tracking number when your order ships.

2. Shipping Methods & Times

United States only

• Standard: usually 5–10 business days after production
• Transit times vary by carrier and destination

Note: Some items may ship separately if fulfilled by different partners. You will receive tracking for each package.

We do not ship outside the United States.

3. Order Tracking

When your order ships, tracking is sent to the email used at checkout. Check spam/junk if you don’t see it within a few days of the estimated ship date.

4. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for a correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee re-delivery or refund if the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, contact the carrier first, then email us with your order number.

If the package is lost in transit or arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with photos (if damaged). We will work with our partner on a replacement or refund case by case.
