By placing an order on not2popular.com, you agree to the following terms.

The shop rules

Prices are in USD. You pay on not2popular.com. The printer makes the item after payment clears.

Colors on screen can shift from the printed shirt. Washed blanks vary. That is the fabric, not a defect.

US orders only. Title passes when the carrier scans the parcel.

1. Orders

All products are made to order. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. Processing and shipping times may vary.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

3. Shipping

We ship within the United States. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout. not2popular is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

4. Returns & Refunds

Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective item, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will review and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, and content on this site are owned by not2popular. The graphics are original ideas of the owner and are created using Adobe Photoshop. The designs are made with older versions of the software, including Photoshop 8, which gives them a raw, intentional look. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any design, graphic, or content without written permission.

The image above shows an example of the design process. Each graphic starts as an idea and is built manually in Photoshop before it is printed on the shirt.

6. Limitation of Liability

not2popular is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

7. Governing Law

These Terms governed by laws of State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
